The portal stores only the participant details required to operate the collaboration: name, role, organization and contact identity. Records are visible to authorized participants and program administrators. No marketing profiling or third-party advertising data is collected.
Access is granted to authorized project participants for program purposes only. Credentials must not be shared. Program records may not be redistributed outside the collaboration without written authorization.
Authentication is handled by a managed identity service; the application never stores passwords. Every record is protected by row-level access rules, portal activity is written to an audit trail, and idle sessions end automatically.
The interface targets WCAG 2.1 AA: visible focus states, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, labelled form controls, sufficient contrast, and motion that respects reduced-motion preferences.
Payment instructions must always be verified by voice with a known program contact before any transfer is initiated. The portal does not confirm banking details on its own, and no instruction received by email alone should be acted upon.
